Developing new and existing franchisees.
Keep long term and productive relationships with franchisees and franchise teams.
Develop and execute a franchise business strategy to expand franchise business, drive growth, and increase customer satisfaction.
Monitor franchise administration SOPs and procedures to ensure compliance with franchise agreements and manuals.
Work with other teams internally in formulating policies, procedures, menu offerings, and marketing plans related to each franchise operation and communicate it to franchisees.
Record events of non-compliance and execute compliance protocols for every franchisee.
Generate prompt notices to franchisees on events on non-compliance or breach.
Keep track and monitor franchise sales and identify trends.
Work closely with intellectual property agencies to protect TMs globally.
Travel to visit franchises and audit their operations to detect any discrepancies and recommend a corrective plan.
Support franchises day to day operations in bench marking, pricing, training, procuring and implementing new menu offerings.
Meet with the Owner to understand the needs then analyze it and create project documents.
Assist in solving technical problems by analyzing user needs and experience to create User journey and best & worst case scenarios.
Attend project meetings and take MOM to create an action plan and assign it to departments accordingly.
Establish project schedules and timelines to ensure different activities meet the deadline.
Plan test sessions and End user visits to test the product and get real users feedback then analyze it for insights.

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable of the project
Interview & hire talents to fill team gaps.
Train new members on the company's system, their duties, and communications means & patterns.
Assign & oversee the work of following teams: customer service, data entry and delivery based on the company’s vision and goals.
Ensure quality control by selecting random samples of each team’s work to check and review weekly.
Align activities internally with Marketing, PR & Social media community management.
Deal with escalated return, cancel & reject orders to solve it in a timely manner and keep customers satisfied.
Create monthly reports and commission sheets.

Collaborate with internally with other departments to ensure brand consistency
Keep track of each project expenses (e.g. materials, human resources, third party & sub-contractors) and forecast 6 months' cost then raise a flag in case any project is forecasted to exceed budget.
Filed all project related documents and circulate all related updates to concerned colleagues.
Review and communicate proposals, cost estimates to customers and stakeholders
Assist in Preparing project documents e.g. project charter, communication plan, change request, project schedule, contracts.
Social media accounts creation, management and lead generation.
Maintain the company's website up to date and fill the catalog with new products.
Create mass SMS and email campaigns for cold leads retargeting.
Prepare periodic reports of available inventory.
Maintain records of retail activities.
Take and fulfill client orders in a timely manner in coordination with the workshop.
