Collaborate with analysts on basic study objectives, client issues and study design
•Translate client objectives and analyst data needs into survey questions, respondent sample, and interview designs.
•Coordinate, communicate, and document all study issues, deadlines, schedules, and changes utilizing the appropriate tools using Microsoft office.
•Collaborate with different teams to undertake the costing of the project.
•Undertake briefing of the field team based on the study requirements and monitor and handling the progress of the project at pan India level, coordinates and undertake necessary steps on a regular basis to ensure the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
•Responsible for managing existing distribution & increasing quantum & quality of penetration / market share in the assigned geography.
•Managing a team of distributor sales executives (DSEs) & driving company objectives through them. Managing retailers through regular market visits & issue resolution.
•Responsible for both hard & soft visibility in the assigned geography & maintaining optimum share of visibility in the market.
CRM and Marketing Campaign Management
Project Description:
•Under CRM, had a hands on experience on Salesforce which is a CRM tool.
•Data clean up using excel for removing duplicate entries and finding loopholes in the system.
•Attended corporate meetings to pitch in orders and understood warehouse process.
•Designed marketing and promotional strategies to launch two marketing campaigns called “Back to School” and “Back to College”.
•Relationship Management for corporate client’s upselling the company services.
•Management of the whole admission process - For a tie up with Bharati Vidyapeeth School of Photography.
•Handled social media pages, designed and undertook promotional activities and interacted with the students at seminars & exhibitions.
