1. PMT/PMC to EPCIC Contractor for Greenfield, Brownfield and Rejuvenation projects starting from FEL stage, detailed design engineering, design review (LDR, PIR), safety review (HAZOP, HAZID, PASR), smooth start-up program (SSP), procurement, construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and facilities handover activities
2. Preparing work‐scoping and ITB/Contract with full participation during tender review and techno‐commercial evaluation
3. Review and endorse engineering and project drawings to ensure correct technical aspect applied as per code of standard and datasheet
4. Lead/endorser/approval on project procedures related to hook-up and commissioning i.e. project execution plan, systemization, testing, pre-commissioning and integrated commissioning plan, manpower mobilization and workpack prior job execution
5. Efficient task as Company Site Rep. at site in ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget (include optimisation and corrective actions)
6. Leads/delegates on ITRs / MC / RFSU / PTR / IA / FA

1. Contribute to the Siemens Expert Team (Energy Fossil Instrument and Electrical-On-Site EFIE28OS department in Karlsruhe, Germany) to service Power Plant Customer mainly base in Middle East, North Africa, Europe, as well as Asia region. Intensively travel to site on short notice period.
2. Responsibilities for Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) on the servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and commissioning Siemens equipment; Gas Turbines (GT) & Steam Turbines (ST)-Symadyn, T2000 & T3000, Generator Protection-SIPROTEC, Static Frequency Converter (SFC) and Static Exciter Equipment (SEE).
3. Involved in GT & ST cold (install, calibrate, testing, troubleshoot) and hot (start-up, tuning, optimization) commissioning which required implementation of hardware change, upgrade and logic modification.

1. Led projects and accomplished within the timeframe, budget, and resources. This includes planning and scheduling starting from Tender preparation, Technical & commercial evaluation, Contract award, Detail Design Engineering (DDE), Testing, Pre-commissioning, Construction, Commissioning, Start-up Operations, and until handover to Client.
2. Project involves of Instrumentation & Control Systems; Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP), Instrument Control Panel (ICP), Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), Simultaneous Production Drilling (SIPROD), Deluge Panel, Hull Sampling System, FGS of Det-Tronics and Eagle Quantum Premier (EQP), as well as Safety Instrumented System (SIS/SDS/ESS) Triconex.
3. Coordinated, designed, verified and documented various task include P&IDs/PEFS, BOM, MTO, I/O List, Data Sheets, JB schedule, cable diagram/schedule, wiring diagram, termination drawing to meet project requirements.
4. Offered in-situ site solutions for issues and errors to meet design basis and Customer satisfaction.

Trained, certified and conducted inspection using specialized NDT equipment on various techniques; Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD), Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and also Automated Ultrasonic Inspection (AUT). Interpretation of inspection data and preparing reports after every site visit. This includes on-site consultancy on the Quality Control with the Customer.

Consigned to Metering Team which job involving metering calibration, proving, installation and troubleshooting. Experienced working with Orifice Plates & Flanges, Turbine & PD Meters and Ultrasonic & Coriolis Flowmeter.
