Leading QA team at offshore which is responsible for Unit Testing, Integration Testing and System Testing.
Analyze and estimate story points for user stories from an active Project Backlog. JIRA tool is used in order to maintain Project Backlog, Sprint Backlog and individual tasks and activities assigned to QA and development team.
Actively participate in Sprint grooming sessions during the start of an sprint. Also attained retrospective meetings after completion of each sprint.
Participate in Kick off meetings of each scrum along with Product owner and Scrum master. Gather and maintain offshore availability and share with client and onshore management.
Conducting Scrum calls in absence of Scrum Master.

Designed and developed Selenium automation TestNG framework for Automated Deployment Testing(ADT) for Continuous Integration and deployment in Agile mode of development. ADT involves smoke and sanity testing for each deployment in a sprint.
Configured Eclipse with SVN and created Maven Project (POM) for Selenium Webdriver TestNG framework. Customized TestNG report and integrated the project with Jenkins a build tool.
Designed Test Script and Test Functions using core Java, TestNG and Selenium Webdriver. Created keys using core Java in order to create keyword driver framework.
