I was a key person responsible for estimation, proposals, QS and Administration. I have been involved in 5
major oil field projects.
Job Description:
• Experienced in working on various contracts like Reimbursable, Lump sum and Re-measure.
• Carefully review the scope of different projects like Flow-lines, piping, wellheads, manifolds, hot
tapping, shutdown, structural steelwork, scaffolding, pipe insulation and civil as well as other
factors influencing the cost of proposals from bid documents.
• Undertaking cost analysis for the additional expenses of the project.
• Monitoring tender cost vs. actual cost by each work order.
• Approach the clients to get approved the payments.
• Monitoring monthly budget of contractor’s payments & contracts scope of works.
• Monitoring & comparison on bid drawings and revise/as-built/Markup drawings.
• Estimating the required types of equipment for new work orders with multidiscipline departments
like mechanical, civil, E&I.
• Accounting non-profitable expenses of Safety and Quality.
• Handled claims & variation management.
• Preparing of BOQs with the work breakdown structure.
• Prepare Early Warning Notice (EWN) on any modification to client/consultant.
• Team leads the execution department to review & prepare the Cost Estimate of Variation Order
Request to the Client/Consultant.
• Review the subcontractor claims & variations order request.
• Study of contract documents.
• Rising the queries and clarifications required from Clients for the items in BOQ, drawings, and
specifications.
• Review subcontractor Letter of Intent (LOI), subcontract agreement, work orders (WO), specialist
sub-contractors and coordinate procurement department for corrections/additions required to be
done and follow their contract agreement up to close out stage
