Project-Construction Management and Construction Supervision.
Day-to-day management of all project activities from inception through planning, development, completion and maintenance of project specifications, and management of contractors.
Quality assurance/Quality control.
Monitoring and control of project schedule (Tool MS Project) and cost.
Construction Supervision as per drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
Verification of Contractor’s Monthly IPC’s, claims and Non BOQ items as per contract.
HSE implementation and control.
Preparation of Fortnightly Progress and Monitoring reports.
Drawings and design review.

Project-Construction Management and Construction Supervision of Mega Commercial building project having 2.75 million square feet covered area.
Day-to-day management of all project activities from inception through planning, development, completion and maintenance of project specifications, and management of contractors.
Overall planning, control of project cost and schedule meeting applicable quality standards.
Planning and implementation of Quality assurance/Quality control.
Construction Supervison of construction projects as per drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
