Construction industries after contract awarded. The main goal of the project is to Install 13KM x 48 CWC.
Pipeline across the lake.
7.To deliver 250MLD of portable water daily from the Pakil Water Treatment Plan in Rizal to Taguig, Pateros and
portions of Pasig.
Challenges
1. Shallow water(lake) depth-Maximum 5m
2. Pasig River Access-Very narrow for construction Marine Spread.
3. Unavailability of common Pipelaying equipment's and machineries such as winches, rollers, davits etc.
4. pre-assigned team members by management (Not own setup).
5. Limited financial strength due to company running concurrent project elsewhere etc.
Efforts
1. Elegantly positive in progress despite the company financial challenges by negotiating with vendors.
2. Engaging local marine spread vendors who can perform due diligence to pass the Pasig River.
3. Import pipelaying equipment's and machineries from abroad to avoid compromising the quality of laying.
4. Closely engage with Owner to ensure all project concern, efforts and catch-up plan is being informed.
5. Diligently selecting pipeline welding production vendors to ensure production volume and quality is achieved.
Project Name
1. Bokor GLC Cooler Replacement

3. Dayang Topaz 2 Anchors and Anchors Wires Retrieval - 2 x 7T Anchors, and 4KM Anchor Wires
4. Kanowit (KASS) Subsea Intervention and Inspection Campaign - Xmas Tree + Subsea Control Module (SCM),
HFL& EFL replacement and GVI
5. Bayan 20 x 12.753km Gas Pipeline Riser and Spool Installation
6. Bakau NAG Pipeline, Riser and Spool Installation-29km x 16inches Gas and Oil pipeline
Results
1. Successfully completed all above projects without major HSE concern.
2. Successfully eliminated potential of production loss due to backup GLC cooler faulty by timely replacement.
3. Successfully installed jacket prior to float over entry which eliminated commercial and schedule impact of float
over barge standby.
4. Successfully led the team to retrieve the insurance evidence of 2x anchors and 4km of anchor wires
5. Successfully completed Riser installation inside Turnaround windows period given which eliminated potential of delay in platform start-up.
Efforts
1.Conducted multiple session of review, improvement, and challenge session to tackle the 30mm gap of cooler
replacement tolerance which resulted to brilliant solution of goal post as guide for removal and installation.
2.Creative solution was determined onboard among team members by combination of vessel position, vessel
move and crane load monitoring to ensure anchors which sucked 9m into the mud is retrieved successfully.
3.Regular update and opportunity-based discussion among Turn Around team members and Offshore Installation
Manager (OIM) to ensure all opportunities taken in terms of operation hours versus other activities, vessel
positioning to ensure no stoppage for other activities such as HUC vessel, Topside Maintenance Vessel etc.
4.Coordinate Subsea team with Marine and Diving team to ensure all underwater construction activities was
conducted safely due to complexity.
Results
1. Maintained stockpiles quantity as per required by Malaysian Government
2. Maintained Rice security such as fumigation requirements, storage, Logistics, and trading.
3. Eliminated customer complaints by providing an outstanding service and after sales services.
4. Managed Port logistic related shipment from India, Pakistan, Vietnam, and Thailand
Scopes
1. Oversees the planning, design, and construction of large-scale projects.
2. Manages a team of engineers who specialize in different areas of expertise.
3. Prepares, coordinates, and monitors the project budget, timeline and quality.
4. Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or
parts.
5. Designs fixtures, tools, and gauges
Involvements
1. Dulang DL-B to DL-C 3 x 4.5KM Submarine Cable Replacement
2. EVA Pipeline Protection Works
3. Bintulu Crude Oil Terminal Pipeline Protection Works via rock dumping
4. TEP-B Platform to Bintulu Crude Oil Terminal Shore Approach Project via beach pull method
5. KIKEH deep-water ROV Inspection
6. Pipeline stability correction via concrete mattress installation (252 nos)
7. KNPG-B, MLDP-A, LHDP-A, KAKG-A, EWDP-B and EWP-A Jacket Strengthening via annulus grouting

11. SMDP-B & SMJT-F Seabed Survey and Debris Cleaning
12. 15nos Riser Guard Installation
13. 150 KM ROV Pipeline Inspection
Highlights
1. Successfully steward submarine cable replacement which resulted 6 weeks activities completed in 2 weeks by
convincing loss adjuster, the evidence via ROV instead of the need to perform retrieval of the evidence.
2. Successfully completed pipeline protection works despite all the challenges faced related to authority.
Established rapport with authority to further understand the reasoning and to acquire early info to ensure
timely submission
3.Led the team as resident engineer at site to coordinate between onshore, offshore, authority and HUC activity
which resulted to no standby and on time commissioning.
4. Attended Kikeh deep-water ROV inspection to assist lead on operation
5. Led the team to perform 5 platform which equivalent to 20 jacket leg annuluses grouting which resulted to
timely completion and avoid cost impact of rig standby.
6. Completed 39 major platform inspection which involved effective coordination between logistics, inspection
strategy, weather limitation, equipment breakdown. Endurance of the vessel and spread flexibility of platforms
to be inspected is required.
7. Completed 15 riser guard installation which require coordination from all parties such as simultaneous activity
with HUC for hot work activities, drilling rig entry date to the installation location. Manage to coordinate and
job completed safely
