Technical Consultant and IT Service Delivery for the telecommunication and IT Solution. Responsible for the IT service delivery manager throughout the entire tender proposal, build of material (BOM), quotation, technology update presentation, project delivery, business liaison / stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover. Review the SLA’s, weekly status update and operation meeting, incident management meeting, client and consultation. Consulting on the IT Security solution and manage security services (MSS). Handling groups of technical from every region as a technical support known as “Virtual Project Team” via conference call and email. Involve in managing the whole project life cycle (initiation, execution, resources, budget control, vendor management, training arrangement and project closing certification). Leading network and security audit team by compiling the security assessment report and penetration test. Reviewing the security policies by compliance to the acts. Audit IT devices and propose the IT Management System. Clients: State Government, Banking, MNC and GLC.

Major Project: Installation of Next Generation Network for Time dotcom Sdn Bhd with the total solution of Core Network, Access Network (MSAN), Nationwide Network Services Provider with VoIP solution, International POI with VoIP Solution, Intelligent Network, Billing System and Change Management Platform. Job description: Leading the project team from planning, deployment and OAM. Upgrading and enhancement for yearly budget OPEX. Position as a Project Engineer cum Project Manager.
Technical Experienced: Huawei GSM, Nokia PSTN Switching, Hands on Huawei Network Elements such as Soft Switch, Switching, UMG, TMG, Routers and IN. 3. Malaysian Electronic Government Project: Planning and Implementing the Malaysian Electronic Government (EG*Net) for highly secured network for intranet and internet. The project is to connect the whole Malaysian Government Ministry and agencies to the main Putrajaya Centralized Data Center.
