Job Profile :
• Assisted the safety in the development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and programs forrigs and plants.
• Conducting daily, weekly, monthly and pre-task meetings.

• Ensuring hazards and risks associated with new equipment or practice are assessed and that effective control measures are implemented to minimize any potential harmful situation.
• Participating and facilitating hazard identification studies and risk assessments as part of work and pre-job assessments.
• Arranging Safety inspections, e.g. lifting gear, vehicles, diesel and water tanks, and hygiene and welfare facilities.
• Conducted regular safety inspections to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.

• Coordinate with the Rig Manager concerning the implementation of the Rig Management.
• System on-site and the ongoing instructions to all personnel in its use.
• Monitor/chair/participate in regularly scheduled HSE meetings held at rigs and camps.
• Oversee implementation of operational systems and procedures to include but not be limited to permit to Work System, Lock-Out/Tag-Out System, and Hazardous Chemical - MSDS, PPE System, H2S Awareness, Benchmarking, and other required training activities.
• Execution/Reviewing/Monitoring of required QHSE inspection for rigs and camps, reporting findings to the Rig Manager
• Maintenance of the Lifting & Slings Registers and Inspection Program for rigs in area
• Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
