As a Chief geologist and the key person for the exploration team, Leading and oversee the exploration programme and responsible for the negotiation with the contractors and consultants for the sake of company benefits.
Execution and supervision of the exploration activity for the gold mining and processing. Maintaining and securing exploration and mining data and preparation of all the required reports for the project.
Liaising with the government and the local people, sub-contractors and suppliers for establishing the project. Ensure Compliance with the relevant regulations and standard.
Implementation for all the safety measures required on site and the camp management for smoothen the mine operation.
Geological interpretation, providing technical support and guidance, Supporting to mine planning and production team and facilitation other field activities like Topographic survey, Geophysical Survey, Hydro-Geological Survey and Geo- Technical Survey etc.
Planning, Supervision and monitored diamond drilling operations to ensure compliance with exploration objectives, safety standards, and drilling specifications.
Logged diamond drill core, including lithology, alteration, mineralization, structure, weathering, recovery, and Rock Quality Designation (RQD).
Marked geological contacts and selected core intervals for sampling based on lithological and mineralization boundaries. Managed core orientation, core photography, and secure storage of drill core.
Inspection for preparation and dispatch of core samples for laboratory analysis while implementing QA/QC procedures, including insertion of standards, blanks, and duplicates.
Coordinated with drilling contractors to monitor drill progress, resolve operational issues, and optimize drilling productivity.
Recorded daily drilling progress, recovery, and geotechnical data, and prepared daily drilling reports. Interpreted drilling results to support geological modeling, target evaluation, and follow-up exploration programs

Responsible for overseeing the exploration and production of Gold and finalization the prospecting, trading and processing license for gold.
 Stakeholder meeting and responsible for the government approval for the project. Setting the companys strategic direction and Making major decisions at board meetings.
Ensuring the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements and Participating in board meetings to enable decision-making.
Managing the companys day-to-day affairs. Protecting shareholders capital and providing a return on investment
Managed daily operations across mill and plant areas, including Crushing, Grinding, Gravity Concentration, and Cyanide Leaching.
Supervising the gold processing at wet leaching plant and Oversee inventory levels for chemicals, consumables, ensuring availability to prevent delays while maintaining accurate operational records

Integration and interpretation of all geological data and Preparation of project reports.
Bore hole planning for diamond drilling and sludge drilling.
Supervise Diamond Drilling (DD) and Reverse Circulatory (RC) Drilling activities, Bore Hole Core Logging and Identifying potential zone for sampling and organizing sample preparation by mechanized splitting cores.
Field Data interpretation to guide further exploration programme, provide data base for weekly technical report using appropriate geological software.
Providing technical support and guiding and imparting training to subordinate staff.
Supporting and facilitation other field activities like Topographic survey, Geophysical Survey, Hydro-Geological Survey and Geo-Technical Survey etc.
Mine Method of Open Cast Mining for Graphite Mineral
Experience of Mining and Liberation process of Graphite Mineral as well as knowledge of Monitoring and Handling lab equipment of Analytical Balance, Muffle Furnace and Hot Air Oven for Analysis of Moisture Content, Volatile Matter and Ash Content for TGC (Total Graphite Content).
Execution and supervision of handling gold ore and leaching plant for gold.
Estimation and Calculation of resources and reserves.

Coordination and implementation of field exploration activities including geological mapping, sampling and protocols.
Regional as well as Detailed Geological Mapping on different scale to delineate the lithological assemblage.
Identifying target zones for pitting and trenching. Collection of Trench Samples, Wall Mapping on Scale 1:100.
Collection of rock sample and soil samples, Sample preparation as per the company standard.
Preparation of Geological Cross Section and Geological Map.
Preparation of Bore Hole Section, Bore Hole Log and Bore Hole Correlation for both Diamond Drilling and RC Drilling.
Arranging Core and Core Boxes as per the standard code.

Pre field work resource identification, Handling different exploration programme.Geological survey and site selection.

Rig up, rig down, & calibration of all drilling parameters of MLU & monitoring of all drilling parameters. Preparation of Master log as per client’s format and final well completion reports, which include Pressure (D’exponent) Log, Composite Log, drilling Log, Calcimetry, Shale Density & Shale Factor Plots, drilling parameters, Bit details, Gas analysis data, Casing & Cementation data etc.

Regional block analysis identifying geological mapping and exploration aspects.
Generation of geological map, geological cross section and litholog of coal seams.
Calculation of coalbed methane.
