• Responsible for the overall inventory management of the Integrated Maintenance Support Services (IMSS) warehouse. Manages Logistics/Supply Chain Management duties related to equipment/facilities, equipment/parts ordering, establishing reorder levels, receipt tracking. Assist with shipping repair and return items, monthly inventory reports, stock level tracking, forecast and optimization, oversee warehouse transactions and quantities in the ERP System.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.
• Plan and prepare employee work schedules.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
• Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
• Prepares, receives, and closes Work Requests for the Aviation Institute and Heliport in the areas of structural, utilities, and landscape.
• Records Work Request Numbers and fault details on the MACR and tracks the Work Request progress with the Facility Maintenance Contractor.
• Reconciles the MACR with the Facility Maintenance Contractor on a weekly basis to ensure all outstanding Work Requests Status is updated and to ensure all completed actions are closed.
• Understands and abides by the rules and guidelines concerning the procurement of services and goods.
• Routinely inspects the facility each day to ensure the facility is being maintained and cleaned to a high state of operational repair.
• Receives electronic and verbal reports concerning faults and issues that affect the proper function of the facility structures or utilities.
