Manage and supervise all the technical process for the different sub-sections of Roll Shop.
Identify initiatives and process improvements to minimize costs through effective utilization
of roll shop manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
Manage to achieve the targeted product quality
Follow up and report on the execution of roll shop share in production plan achievement.
Review and approve plant trouble shooting manual for the roll shop which covers all roll shop
process / working areas and how to avoid frequent troubles and coordinate with
Maintenance department experts.
Follow up and supervise the preparation of roll shop work standard and enforce compliance
with company standards and policies .
Train workers on the job to reach the international performance standard.
Ensure spare parts availability for shift activities.
Prepare roll shop record, control, and inspection sheets for roll shop machining / assembly
activities.
Follow up and report the plant breakdowns and supervise the problem solving process.
Participate in preparation of roll shop work standard to cover all assembly, machining
processes.
