- Responsible for monitoring purchases, sales, expenses and bank transactions and how to record them in the institution's books.
- Preparing the financial reports of the institution monthly with the identification of all obligations and accounting of all assets.
- Monitoring and implementing value added taxes every three months and establishing them on the Zakat and Income Tax website
Account payable
1- Record all purchase transactions and create their own restrictions and invoices daily.
2- Follow up the indebtedness of suppliers and prove all their transactions from invoices, advance payments and settlements with records.
3- Entering payment bonds daily with full confirmation of the sequence of these bonds, attaching a copy of the checks and the date of collection and matching the amounts contained in the bond
4- - Accountant of suppliers and follow up the documentary cycle of purchases and payments in detail
5- follow-up on the indebtedness of suppliers by reconstructing the accounts payable for suppliers and follow-up on payment dates
6- preparing and reviewing the audit balance of suppliers monthly and matching the accounts of suppliers at the end of each financial period

7- Preparing value added taxes and withholding taxes and uploading them to the tax website and following up on income taxes
*Expense record and guidance to G/L
8- Registration of entries of all expenses of the company.
9- Expense guidance for all payments of the company, Petty cash expenses of the Treasury and (services-medical insurance-employee benefits)
10- Follow-up and registration of accrued expenses and prepaid expenses
