Job Responsibilities:
o Planning and organizing production resources - labor, equipment, etc.
o Create production schedule and prioritize job orders for production optimization
o Allocate production resources
o Overseas production processes
o Supervising the work of fabrication staff
o Analyze and prepare documents needed for production (follow up board)
o Costing each project -assigned labor, consumables, equipment, transportation, etc.
o Review the orders daily issued by cost controller engineer
o Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work instructions

Job Responsibilities:
o Review the fabrication drawing with fabrication team for each order.
o Identify the quality plan for each drawing.
o Apply quality activities on the raw material, pre-fabrication products and final products.
o Prepare the quality report per each order illustrated the whole activities were done on the order from start
to end.
o Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.
o Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project by using standards forms.
o Supports the fabrication team in dealing with the Quality matters.
o Evaluates the qualifications of welders and Non-Destructive Test-NDT technicians with regard to the
activities assigned.

o Review the Punch items in order to prepare action plan to solve it with production team and Improve
manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout.
o Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and
make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
o Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.
o Maintain safe and healthy work environment by complying with Health, Safety, and Environment policies
and procedures (All safety activities in all workshops).
o Packaging activities in Free-Zone, and Mantrac yard in terms of the quality.
o Support and lead process improvement activities.
o Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
o Define with team the root cause, corrective/preventive actions for the repeated and critical defects
o Discuss inspection results with the production manager and recommend necessary corrective actions.
o Maintain safe and healthy work environment by complying with Health, Safety, and Environment policies
and procedures.
Industry: Welding Inspections, Consultations.
Job Responsibilities:
o Checking welding specifications for a job.
o Ensuring the correct equipment and materials are being used for a weld.
o Inspecting completed welds.
o Assessing the quality and strength of completed welds.
o Suggesting alternative welding techniques.
o Demonstrating correct welding procedures.
o Generating new welding techniques.
