Chief Accountant
-Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g.
Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger,
-Responsible for day to day financial and accounts operations. Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controlling.
-Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for all group-Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries. Supporting Finance Manager in ensuring that inter company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy.
-Consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
-Make sure all ERP module match with the GL entries, (SAP)SD, MM, Assets
-Maintain daily work with the team and help to improve them
- Coordinating with the external audit for preparing semi annual financial statement
- preparing annual closing file
