Responsible in customer service for receiving complaints and their status. I am also responsible for receiving complaints from the Ministry and communicating with them to solve the problem. I make confirmation calls with the customer to deliver the product. I also receive complaints from customers for any reason during the service. I also follow up customer complaints via Facebook or Twitter.
