My responsibilities with the Customer Service department include: Answering all incoming calls, providing information, troubleshooting problems and booking a consultation through the phone by using the TCMS, ORS standard and UKVI, My Class and PayTabs (online payment) systems.
English teacher at government schools as a non permanent employee .
I'm working with British Council form three years and as a non-permanent employee, I acquired a lot of experiences in this period with two departments their in Teaching Center and Customer Service.
My responsibilities with teaching center including:
- Provide translation duties upon teacher request when nessessary.
- Assisting learners who require an additional help or have a specific needs and help them in completing tasks
- Monitor students during breaks to ensure the children's health and safety.
- Supporting the teaching center activities.
And my responsibilities with Customer Service department including:
- Answering all incoming calls, providing information, troubleshooting problems and booking a consultation through the phone.
- To enters data for pre-registered students on the TCMS and Excel
I worked at SitatByoot Company when I was a student in the roles of PR, data Entry, translation, marketing and training coordinator.
