• Project breaks into processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring &controlling)
• Before commencement (soil report, all drawings) to be studied.
• Kick of meeting to be held in attendance of (owner, consultant, contractor) for:
• Determining (Commencement date, completion date) based on demarcation certificate.
• Program of work to be submitted illustrate (mobilization period, shop drawing submittal, material submittal, progress of the work, testing and commissioning, handing over.) procurement schedule to submitted after assigning subcontractors.
• Meeting will held with all parties on fixed time.
