Designed tooling for injection molds (Plastic-Rubber), dies
and other metal parts.
Studying the working orders, projects to generate the
required designs, technical drawings, materials and tools.
Create instructions for machinists and reviewed 3D CAD
design blueprints.
 Production and Machines loading plan.
 Coordinated all aspects of production, including selection
of manufacturing methods, fabrication and operation of
product designs.
Collaborate with development departments to
introduce new products and molds.
 Checked completed programs by running
simulations or tests and prepared geometric layout
of designs using Cad-Cam software’s.
 Managing CNC and manufacturing workshop to
ensure the right resources are working on the right
tasks at the right time, with clear expectations of
milestones and goals.
 Using Microsoft Dynamics AX to completed
purchase analysis to analyze required engineering
drawings and specifications.
 Calculate overall production costs by evaluating
material, labor and other expenditures.
 Responsible to applying management strategy (5S / HSE /
