SOP Creation:
1. Conducting interviews with all the process owners and process stakeholders to address the As-Is processes.
2. Mapping an end-to-end as-is process to be able to address the process bottlenecks.
3. Building the SIPOC analysis for each process.
4. Benchmarking the best practice for each process according to the company’s field.
5. Building the gap analysis matrix and define the reason for each gap.
6. Mapping the to-be processes and discussing them with the process owners and stakeholders.
7. Creating a complete SOP document for each process containing (Process Scope, Process Stakeholders, Process Map, Procedures, Controls, SLAs, and ALMs).
8. Creating work instructions “WI” for steps that need visualized documents.
9. Applying the DMAIC and DMADV approaches.
10. Applying various lean tools to decrease waste and cost as well as increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
11. Leading the process of implementing the to-be processes.
12. Auditing and controlling the variance in each process.
13. Conducting sessions to solve different problems by applying problem-solving
techniques like (Pareto Analysis, Root-Casuse Analysis, Decision Matrix Analysis, etc.).
14. Create a solution matrix and discuss the ability to implement each solution with the company managers and VPs.
15. Company departments that I build the SOPs (Quality, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Information Technology, Finance, Human Capital Management, and Organization Development).
16. Transforming the documented process maps into an automated process flows through building completed homemade automated systems with low-cost and high impact by using Microsoft Power Platforms.

Improvement Projects:
1. Project: Sales Master Staffing Report
Description: A solution is built for cleaning and presenting real-time data of salesmen, tracking the approved budget for each store in each country, tracking the deviation between the actual headcount and the approved budget, applying a hiring requisition by area managers and operations managers, applying transforming requisitions by area managers and operations managers, and visualized dashboards.
Solution: SharePoint Communication Web Page with the level of permissions, Connected Lists, Power Automate, and Power BI.

2. Project: Talent Acquisition Management
Description: A solution is built for digitalizing the process of hiring new employees instead of using emails. The department manager can request to hire a new or replaced employee through a form. The form automatically sends the request to the talent acquisition team and the department manager by email, this email contains all data and requisition code. Also, the form is linked with a data table to track the progress of the requisition. Moreover, there is a list that helps each requestor to know the status of his request. There are also dashboards to help the talent management team make decisions upon these data.
Solution: SharePoint Communication Web Page with the level of permissions, Connected Lists, Power Automate with different conditions, Power BI, and Excel.

3. Project: Document Management System (DMS)
Description: A digital library with formal and friendly visualization is built to contain the company policies, procedures, processes, and all documents.

4. Project: Learning Management System (LMS)
Description: A learning management system is built with a friendly interface to
help the employee access different courses, take quizzes, and request a certificate for accomplishment. Moreover, this system is built to help the Learning and Development team share the onboarding training and manuals with new joiners.
Solution: SharePoint Communication Web Page with the level of permissions, Forms, Excel, Lists, Power Automate, and Stream.
