following up to ensure resolution *Maintain financial accounts by processing the
customer adjustment
Responsible as a team agent Providing help and guidance to maintain high customer service standards.
Offering online complains support to the customer in professional manner and follow up with service centre and resellers

Experience in creating and maintain reports for call center operations
Well aware of all process and procedure involved in Commercial section operations.
Well aware of ISO 20071 process.
Involved with the exceptions/ Complaint team in handling irate customer
Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions.
Ensure proper centerpieces are displayed on every table.
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Serves patrons at banquets, special functions, or during normal daily dining room operations
Takes food and beverage orders from patrons, answers questions regarding prices, substitutions, quality or quantity of menu items, and availability of menu items.
Delivers food and beverages to tables; waits on tables to insure that patrons are supplied with beverage refills or clean utensils when desired.
Removes dishes and utensils; cleans and dusts tables and chairs; fills sugar, salt, and pepper containers; sweeps floors.
Assists in setting up and taking down tables and chairs, places clean utensils and napkins on tables.
Assists in setting up for banquets or special functions.
Performs related work as required.
Greeting customer with a smile.
Helping the customers.
Experience in cash handling.
Explain features and benefits to customers.
Offer customers alternative products or promotions.
Find answer to all customers' questions.
Help my colleagues when am not busy.
