The role of the general manager is to monitor the contracting operations and ensure the adherence to the developed strategies, policies and standards
Direct the development and implementation of operating strategies throughout the company
Translation of the Agreed upon Targets into a Business Plan and the Execution of the Business Plan.
Communication with Board of Directors (Company Targets, Investor Relationships, etc.)
Implement the sales strategy and communicate the approved one to the general manager
Review the work plans of all the business units to implement the envisioned strategy
Discuss and agree on the targets with the managing director
