1)I worked with invoices, receiving them, matching them with purchase orders and contract numbers, entering them through the SAP program and then uploading them through the Aramco portal, and then entering weekly reports on invoices pending on the Aramco portal system.
2)I worked on receiving office invoices, entering them into daily ledgers, and posting them.
3)I worked on closing the month and matching the balance on the SAP program with the bank so that there is a balance in the budget.
