Duties include:
•Sale and services management of the branch front office.
•Treasury management control
•Managing safe deposit
•Handling of cash deposit and withdrawals cheques lodgment/collection and payments
•Managing teller’s operation cash deposit payment of cash transfers by local telex and SWIFT demand drafts manager cheque utility bills
•Payments debit and credit of various accounts and cross currency conversion
Lending facilities management for branches
•Follow up past due loans
•Preparing facility applications
•Follow up overdrawn accounts
•Customer correspondences
RETAIL BANKING:
•Handling retail banking products as personal loans auto loans housing loan, etc.
•Maintaining information database on customers and high net worth individuals
•Assisting in repayment capacity of the customer and structuring repayment schedule
REMITTANCES:
•Processing of DDs TTs MC and travelers cheques from the customers
•Verifying inputs applying funds correctly rectifying payments and confirming credits
•Handling of inward and outward clearing and funds management with central bank
DEPOSITS AND DOCUMENTATION:
•Opening of accounts after obtaining proper information
•Verifying documents memorandum and articles of association partnership deed certificate from government dept. / chamber of commerce valid trade license board resolutions etc.
•Carrying out standing orders / mandates and maintenance application from the customers
•Attending customers inquires related to current saving call fixes deposit accounts.
PAYROLE AND PAYMENT:
•Processing corporate salaries and outward payments to other bank by UAE central bank
STANDING INSTRUCTION:
•Check periodical online transaction daily sweeps and customer standing orders
•Effecting payments by TT, DD, MT and internal transfer instruction
•Credit domicile accounts check and approve across currencies transfer and accounting posting
