- Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the project and the project completion rate.
- Preparing an inventory of the project’s work items, as well as preparing extracts for subcontractors and approving them .
- Follow up on the project schedule and do shop drawing works if necessary .
- Follow up and create files for all project boards and update the changes and modifications that occur during project implementation.
- Coordinating and arranging the paperwork for the project and reviewing the applications that are approved by the consulting engineer .
Supervising the implementation of residential villas and chalets, starting with the construction works as well as the finishing works and receiving the work items.
- Supervising the implementation of landscape works, linking the general site levels, and receiving work items .
- Participation in implementing maintenance and rehabilitation work at the Mercure Hotel .
- Implementing and constructing showrooms and commercial stores with a total area of 12, 000 m2 and the building’s structural system is steel structure, as well as implementing the land scape of the project .
- Implementation and construction of the Samaco car showroom in Jeddah, The building’s structural system is reinforced concrete, as well as Hollow core slab, The general location and security rooms attached to the building have also been implemented .
- Participation in the implementation of the Hyatt House Hotel in Jeddah, The total area of the building is 2500 m2 and consists of 17 floors, The structural system of the building is reinforced concrete.
- Study the construction and architectural drawings of the project as well as the technical specifications for implementing the work items.
-Implementing and following up on daily work and receiving work items from the contractor and submitting them to the consulting engineer.
- Carrying out surveying work and handing over everything necessary to the consulting engineer.
- Carrying out safety tasks on site and securing all openings in the building as well as the building’s perimeter.
