Supervising the construction and operation of the quality management system in the department.
Follow up the department's strategic plan initiatives with departments.
Supervising and documenting the development of the organizational and administrative structure of the department.
Continuous follow-up to ensure that the quality objectives in the departments are achieved.
Perform internal audit work for the quality system in the General Administration of Educational Services.
Apply standards of ISO 9001 certification for administrative processes.
Spreading the culture of quality among employees.
I had my Coop training at Ministry of Sports as an industrial engineering trainee under the management of the branches and responsible of improving and developing the performance of offices affiliated with the Ministry of Sports. The main highlighted asked to me is to improve the performance of employees, reduce the use of paper transactions, measure employee performance, and create a warehouse line that connects all the offices of the Ministry. Also, I had many tasks in monitoring sports facilities and preparing periodic reports.
I studied in the Industrial Engineering department and got a holistic view and the desired methods to solve the problems in the industry field like Forecasting, Experimental design, Supply Chain methods, Data analyst.
