Effectively manage incoming and outgoing HR emails Receive the recruiting request for any job vacancy from the concerned departments Manage the job announcements through verified platforms or recruiting agencies Maintain constant contact with recruitment agencies to clear any pending businesses or provide any requirements Translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa to help raise the efficiency of human resources to work in a multinational work environment Receiving job applications, and preliminary screening of all applications in order the formation a list of potential candidates to begin the process of job interviews Arranging for scheduling job interviews after the interview committee is determined by the human resources officer Permanent follow-up of the recruitment process with all concerned parties, and preparing job offers after guidance from the Human Resources manager.
Responsibility for the company's website by receiving customer requests and submitting the request to Inventory Officers to ensure the availability of products Communicate with Shipping Service Providers and prepare shipping orders for customers Receiving feedback from customers and solving any problems or complaints to raise the quality of the service provided Manage the company's social media accounts Coordination with the Finance Department regarding invoices and costs and submitting them to the ERP system Responsibility for administrative affairs matters
