- Accountable for the schedule and unscheduled maintenance of the delivery trucks and other support vehicles to ensure the safe and economical usage of vehicles.
- Manage and support for 250 van and 25 Trucks through 3 Transportation team leaders KSA.
- Managing end-to-end operations pertaining to Workshop, Repair & Maintenance & insurance cases for all Delivery.
- Designing and leading implementation of system solutions for the Fleet Unit &more portals related for Dept. to constantly improve KPI monitoring and data collection
- Preparing strategic annual operating plans for the Fleet Department with the aim of improving deliverable at lower cost.
- Analysing process purchase requisitions for parts, supplies and negotiating repair cost or parts pricing with commercial vendors.
- Reviewing financial/budget reports and developing annual operating budget plan
- Amplifying maintenance plans and ensuring all preventive maintenance activities are as per schedule to ensure longer asset life
- Ensuring all documents are timely updated and filed in a systematic & orderly distributed as per legal specifications
- Answering telephonic & written correspondence, counseling, interviewing and preparing
employee evaluations
- Developing, executing and monitoring adherence as per company policies and procedures
- Successfully achieved Operational / Maintenance budget target
- Review and recheck for all services provide through our team for our customer inside company.
- Following with good relationship related to workshops and suppliers to get better price.
- Working as teamwork with 3 coordinators in KSA to improvement our Dept. with KPI.
- Assist and support the team to solve any issues related to our Dept. in KSA.
- Weekly and monthly closing with finance team for Fleet Expense and PO.
- Make sure all Tasks related to us to be matched and provided with SLA.
- Monitoring and analysis for all document related to Fleet & purchases.
- Following for the approvals cycles is compatible with Rolls.
- Daily Updating for all transaction related to our Dept.
- Monitoring and managing supplier performance.
- Manage and handling for all issue related to 7 Salesmen
- Daily monitoring stock allocation and Aging stock reports
- Check receivables aging report daily and manage the collection
- Focusing on daily & monthly target
- Handling and follow up 200 customers with good relationship
- Planning and recommending for incentive and rebate plan for customer as monthly basic
- Manage the work with Brand & inventory Dept.
- Daily reports and analysis to the Sales Manager
- Dealing directly with the customer in the local market, with responsible and committed and mutually successful relationships with 250 vendor
