بكالريوس الطب والجراحة اعمل كطبيب مقيم في قسم جراحة العظام و المفاصل منذ ما يزيد عن عام From January 2011 till present I have a 3 clinics per week Examining And managing O- P -D cases treating them with respect, first actively exclude possible differential diagnoses, and 3 Days per week in E-R . department managing all trauma cases including : diagnoses then Traction , reductions and casting techniques Also I was taking care of all patients in male & female Orthopedics wards Then Pre Operative Patient Preparation like: Sheeting of inpatients , history taking , presenting complaint Examine Patients Asses & Evaluate Neurological Vascular Complications , routine Investigation and Radiology study , And Care in the operating Room Iam aware with pre operative preparation immediately before surgery …..Iam Assisting in many Orthopedics minor surgeries like Open & closed Reduction Under G.A. of all Dislocation & fixation of fractures by K-wire Or Plating Major surgeries like haemoarthroplasty Of Hip Joint , D.H.S. , External Fixator and Interlocking nail for both Tibia And femur And I did simple Soft tissue procedure Under supervision of My consultant like Decompression of Carpal tunnel , release of trigger finger and removal of Plate and Screws , And Exploration and Repair of All Extensor &flexors of both Upper And lower limbs cut tendons , Iam also care with Post –operative care of the patient :. well trained in managing General complication s after surgery like fever , prophylaxis against infection pressure Sores, drains , nutrition , blood transfusion , and its complication , mobilization , wound care & wound dehiscence and its risk factor patient ,Also , transfer postoperative orthopedics patients to a rehabilitation center and gives a discharge letter detailing the post operative plan for the patient and complication developed to the discharged home patient Also contain the final diagnoses
