Direct Supervision:
•Successfully led and directly managed a team of dedicated field staff, including case management and referral officer, 8staff of case managers and volunteers ensuring the implementation of meticulous case management steps.

•Strategic Identification System: ensured the effectiveness of vulnerable family identification system, meticulously adhering to specific criteria and internal protocols. This involved maintaining a rigorous screening process to identify potential beneficiaries who met the criteria.
