 Perform and manage ABB Building administration like electricity, water and etc.

Responsibilities:
 Assist in achieving the Dept. targets mainly Cost Reduction targets
 Searching for competent vendors for any requested materials or equipment and include
them in database
 Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers & vendors
 Preparing the evaluation and assess the received offers to top management to enable
making the right decision
 Carry out all the operational procedures concerning the Purchase order (Organize,
control, managing (Purchase Orders) registration to ensure implementation of SAP
program)
 Follow up the issuance of the contract with the company and the suppliers.
 Upload contracts on Pro­supply
 Reduce supplier base by monitoring the number of suppliers on master data and clean
it up.
 Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining
recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from
requisitioning department.
 Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting
orders.
 Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves
shipments in error with suppliers.
 Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
 Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing data and trends.
