About Triview: TriView factory is in Daraa, 40 km from Damascus City It has full important manufacturing facilities, like: PCB & plastic production, and final product assembly. Their basic products: LED TV, OC & PC Monitor. Triview headquarter is in Damascus City, it has many departments (Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales...)

Responsibilities:
• Setting the plans for the human resources department.
• Creating the organization charts of the company and employee directory
• Preparing the human resources policies and procedures.
• Preparing the employees job description
• Create and analyze the grades and salary scale.
• Preparing the dashboard of employees Rewards and Warning
• Preparing payroll and wages.
• Preparing the employees loan.
• Set up a human resources dashboard.
• Review departmental performance evaluation
• Follow-up and review of the social insurance file.
• Follow-up and review of the health insurance file.
• Establishing the main axes for evaluating performance for all departments.
• Managing the updating attendance, leaves file.
• Managing all the personal files of the Employees.
• Managing the contracts for employees.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help the employees to understand their job responsibilities.
• Ensure staff data is up to date and accurate on ERP system and Al Ameen programs.
• Preparing all the HR reports.
