Handle promotion process and system by announcing the vacant position, verifying the authenticity of all documents/certification enclosed in the applications and present the requests in the credentials committee.
Prepare Internal Promotion policy, Documents and manuals.
Evaluate the current HR KPIs, PIs, and SRS & introduce an effective HR measurement techniques that communicate HR's value at KFSH-J. Prepare studies and analytical statically reports.
Design promotion cycle and implement it in ERP system.
Determining Human Resources and organizational needs for HRMS and Oracle system solution.
Develop and update systems, reports or solutions that can help on tracking or improving process or system.
Analyzing functional ERP solution and recommends system design changes and upgrades.
Handling ERP Issues and answering all relevant queries.
Trains Hospital's staff on system access and utilization.
*Register and create accounts for new joined employees in the system.
*Managing users accounts, authorities, privileges and provide system training sessions for users.
*Attending job fairs screening resumes, communicating employer information and benefits during screening process, Making recommendations to company hiring managers, coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and candidates.
*Monitoring all financial transaction such payroll, loans deductions.
*Managing data base and all company documents, material training and Manual, announcements, multimedia.
*Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated providing orientation, guidance and coaching for new admin staff.
*Assigning job duties to individual staff members and prioritizing workloads.
*Handling the recruitment staffing plan by partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
*Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc…, Screen candidates resumes and Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, Completing timely reports on employment activity, Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
*Supervise and managing attending system, leaves and vacation.
*Auditing transactions such as to new hire files, health insurance, mobile Sim cards, Clearances and End of services transactions.
*Managing Complains and Penalties.
