Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing and updating the personnel related policies and procedures, and ensures their proper implementation.
• Develops and controls the company's employee cost and coordinates the development of the department's budget.
• Oversees the calculation and issuing of the payroll, ensures its accuracy and timeliness
• Ensures the compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law, and all applicable laws relating to human resources (Labor Law, Social Insurance & Income Tax)
• Full supervision over the medical insurance and any other employee benefits, and ensures their implementation in compliance with the company's policies.
• Established and ensures the updated of master organization data HRIS SAP
• Responsible for hiring and contracting procedures and their renewals.
• Handles the company's relations with governmental authorities and offices in relation to personnel issues, as well as worker's syndicate
• Ensures that all employees are socially ensured as per law.
• Oversees the handling of employee attendance and vacation balance.
• Handles all personnel and payroll complaints, workers' conflicts, end of services and Final Settlement procedures.
• Ensures maintenance of a complete employee files and filing system.
• Develops reports and analyses to the top management
