• Infrastructure works (Electrical -telecom).
• Medium voltage system including (pipe, duct bank, package substation and grounding system installation, cable pulling, termination, color coding and test)
• Site Telecommunication system including (pipe, duct bank, hand hole installation and FOC pulling).
• Site Low voltage including (pipe, duct bank, hand hole and cable pulling, termination color coding and test).
• Building low voltage cable system including (panel boards, conduits, cable pulling, termination, color coding, test, lighting fixture and wiring device installation)
• Earthing system including (conductor, rod, and earth pit).
• Light current system (Fire alarm, public address and data system).
• Lightning system (conductor, air terminal rod and Erath pit)
• Preparing electrical submittal to approval.
• Contact with supplier to having catalogue and specification to approval material.
• Prepared purchase order to deliver material.
• Prepared schedule plan to all electrical work at site.
• Area lighting system including (conduit, pulling cable & termination &test, foundation, poles, panel and lighting fixture installation).
• Package unit sound attenuator and machine installation.
• Prepared shop drawing and submitted to approval.
• Prepared as built and submitted to approval.
• Prepared PEL&MEL&RSPL&O&M and submitted to approval.
• Contact with Marafiq to having permit to work of medium voltage like mandrill test &visual inspection & pulling cable &test & termination.
• Contact with contractor to arrange work like medium voltage and all electrical work.
• Submitting RFI to RC (Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu)
• Submit PTW to Marafiq and subsequent followings to make ensure for the timely with Inspectors, Coordinating with RC and Marafiq Inspectors.
• Promote the security, safety and health of the people at the work site.
• Monitor to mechanical work like sanitary sewer system & potable water system &HVAC system& fire protection system & irrigation system and submitted RFI.
• Submit IAI request and inspection from end user.
• Monitor to architecture work like finishing (painting & plaster & tiles& gypsum board & landscaping work and submitted RFI.
• Monitor safety at site and follow standard for all work.
