Projects' Scope include the following activities:
Site Clearance, mobilization, Procurement, Installation of foul sewers (including micro tunneling), storm water, TSE distribution systems, Installation of public utilities, Potable water, Electricity, Telecommunications/ITS, street lighting electrical cables, Earth works, Temporary trafic marking and road signs, Highway construction including roads, irrigation systems, footways, cycle ways, hard landscaping, road signing and street lighting poles. ( Total of 5 projects).
Responsibilities:
• Maintained & enhanced Atkins reputation with the clients.
• Monitored safety procedures, determined cause of unsafe conditions.
• Maintained zero harm/LTI.
• Trained Atkins staf on site
• Audited the contractors' HSSE training programs on a continuous basis.
• Evaluated the contractor's efectiveness in conducting emergency drills.
• Audited the contract's Safety documents and procedures.
• Audited the RSMA as submitted by the contractor.
• Lead 'walk through' to ensure full implementation of contractor's MS.
• Managed HSE inspections & safety reports, NCR, SEN/IN to the contractor.
• Regularly audited the contractor H&S G plan, safety procedures, fire procedure, emergency procedure, training plan & training. Matrix
• Reviewed the competency of the contractor staf on a regular basis.
• Audit documents to ensure major equipment is maintained regularly.
• Ensured Contractor's Safety Training for Site Laborer is regularly maintained.
• Ensured Contractor's labor camp is in compliance with QCS, MOI. & LD
• Ensured Contractor's Laborer on site are following safety procedures.
• Participate in weekly meetings and monthly executive meetings.
• Chaired weekly safety meetings with the contractor.
• Coordinated with HSE Managers to ensure that HSE policy is implemented.
• Carried out Atkins internal Audits to ensure Atkins staf is properly protected.
• Investigated significant NM, property damaged & environmental incident.
• Ensured accidents/incidents and NM are fully reported on Atkins system.
• Maintain Atkins's KPI & (AMR) to ensure that is fully implemented.
• Organized and carried out safety training to other Atkins staf.
• Organized higher management safety tours.
• Lead and manage the GECs' welfare team to Monitor and inspect all contractors' welfare and accommodation facilities on camp and site, to ensure compliances with the Qatar law.
