Developed Jeddah Bus Network Master Plan Phases as PPP package that result deliverables such as; preliminary engineering design for Bus (lines, stations, hubs (TODs), depots, P&R systems, etc) and manage deliverables process up to tender stage.
Additionally, directed and monitored the development of Jeddah Public Transportation Program (Network) focusing on the business case, feasibility study, master planning and preliminary engineering design of multi- transport modes and systems.
Overseeing the preliminary engineering design deliverables of an extensive program elements for a mega public transportation program/project that includes; the development of a city transport master plan, the design of multi public transport modes such as; Metro lines, LRTs, Tram, Commuter rail, Bus network, Water taxi system, Suspended iconic bridge with secondary road crossings/highway infrastructures, P&R facilities, Multimodal station and other public transport assets.
Also, participated in the feasibility studies to determine sufficiency of the planned and/or existing public transportation systems, structures and programming of future projects and improvement.
Worked in the Division of Roads & Bridges to oversee Jeddah municipality road projects and supervised the construction and maintenance of road pavement, road medians and sidewalks works.
Additionally, contributed in feasibility studies and traffic impact analysis, and proposing changes for road projects to improve efficiency and safety.
