Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes. doing the implementation and training on queue management system for some customers in Riyadh. Contacting with vendors in different type of product to get the information and arrange the solutions or quotations. Work with more than 6 POS system and know all the software life cycle and doing the setup and training for more than 100 restaurants in UAE and KSA. Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions. Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers. Following with the customers if they have any problem in their systems and make troubleshooting to fix it . Check the database and doing some changes by using SQL Server. Get the customers requirments before starting the deal to provide him the best solution for his business after doing the alnalysis. We are doing online supporting some times if the customer out of the country. Following with developers to do some options or update something in their applications. Validates results by testing programs. Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support. Provides reference by writing documentation. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
a. Supporting various trading applications and platforms used in the fixed income department.
b. Solving problems around profit and loss breaks, data feeds, risk figures and user rights.
c. Liaising between front office, product control, risk and strategy to deliver two essential tools for post trading data analysis.
d. Migration projects, parallel testing, and regression testing.

Computer Science is the study of computers and computational systems. Unlike electrical and computer engineers, computer scientists deal mostly with software and software systems; this includes their theory, design, development, and application. Principal areas of study within Computer Science include artificial intelligence, computer systems and networks, security, database systems, human computer interaction, vision and graphics, numerical analysis, programming languages, software engineering, bioinformatics and theory of computing. Although knowing how to program is essential to the study of computer science, it is only one element of the field. Computer scientists design and analyze algorithms to solve programs and study the performance of computer hardware and software. The problems that computer scientists encounter range from the abstract-- determining what problems can be solved with computers and the complexity of the algorithms that solve them – to the tangible – designing applications that perform well on handheld devices, that are easy to use, and that uphold security measures.
