Health and inclusion focal points,
•Intense follow up on vulnerable cases in coordination with the supervisor, UNHCR and the concerned service providers. Case identification, verification, assessment, and follow-up through door-to-door visits.
•Referring all cases received and identified to UNHCR and the concerned service providers.
•Engage with refugees in mapping their needs and vulnerabilities through various participatory tools such as awareness sessions.
•Oversee, monitor and follow up on Incentive Based Volunteers supporting in the same area of function in the camp.
•Prepare and submit weekly and monthly plans to achieve the assigned target.  Report achievements, challenges and trends faced in the field.
