Responsibilities:
• Supervising of electrical troubleshooting and installations in Pharmaceutical machines:
 Packing machine (blister).
 Capsule machines.
 Coating machines.
 Tube filling machines.
 Syrup machines.
 Granulation machines.
 Tablet press machines.
• Following and maintaining all electrical and electronic problems for the machines.
• Supervisor maintenance activities & responsible for preventive maintenance of the machines.
• Making calls and contact manufacturers to resolve programming breakdowns.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Testing the control systems of new machines and ensure that all requirements and specifications conform to the contract and the attached documents from the manufacturer.
Achievements:
• Reprogramming PLC of the syrup bottle cartooning machine, after a problem occurred in the PLC that led to loss of the program.
• Solving of a problem in the industrial network “Profibus” that connects between the Granulation machines by checking off all the connectors and the data cable connecting all the network elements, and replace the failure connector.
• Study and implementation of a complete control system for a Coating machine:
 Drawing an electrical diagram for the control panel by E-Plan program.
 Implementation of the control panel.
 Programming of PLC, HMI, and inverters and link all devices using Modbus industrial communication network by RS485 Bus.
