= Roles and responsibilities:

• Perform routine analytical method no-line testing.

• Running proportional equipment (Mixer ).

• Lead line sanitation and deep cleaning duties.

=Technical Skills:

▪ Use analytical instrument such as Carbo-QC, densitometer, PH, refractometer and tourque tester .

▪ Take proper corrective action to eliminate or minimize non conformances

-Roles and responsibilities:

1. Development of analytical methods for new formulations and for related substance.

2. Revalidation of previously developed analytical methods.

3. Troubleshooting of analytical methods.

4. Performing comparative studies for different pharmaceutical dosage forms (Biowaiver).

=Technical Skills:

1. Dealing with different laboratory devices: HPLC, GC, UV Spectrometer, IR spectrometer, Dissolution Tester.

2. Calibration of laboratory devices.

3. Calibration and regeneration of different columns (Stationary
phase) For HPLC.

4. Calibration of laboratory glass ware.

5. Dealing with Different Analytical Software program like LC lab Solution and Empower.

6. Dealing with different reference standards and their storage conditions in the pharmacopeia

-Inspect on Raw Martials, Finish Product, Production Process, Recording, analysis and interpreting data.

-Supervise all new trial batches manufactured.

-make Stability studies for all Batches of Finish Product.
