• Responsible for meeting all customer needs, whether they are fueling up, getting an oil change, washing their vehicle, or buying items and snacks from Bonjour.
• Responsible for all station’s activities, full implementation of HSEQ, and service standards in all station operations.


• Make sure that HSEQ rules, and procedures are applied in the station
• Always implement Health, Safety, Environment, Security and Quality policies within the stations operations
• Follow up station’s staff attendance, and make sure that the needed headcount is available for the station
• Follow up station’s inventory, and make sure that it is accurate and replenished according to the station needs including but not limited to wet stock, lubricants, shop goods, car wash needs.
• Fill all daily/ weekly/Monthly check lists
• Follow up with the outsourcing company all HSEQ related issues including:
o Time attendance
o Salaries
o Overtime
o Social Security
• Make sure that the station’s daily cash matches the daily sales, and hands the cash amount to the collection company without additions nor shortages
• Make sure that the station is furnished with the needed products including but not limited to:
o Shop goods
o Lubricants
o Car care products
o Car Wash products
• Make sure to follow in coordination with the network animator the training coverage of the station staff, and keep the training level at its highest level
• Give the needed induction and supervision to new staff
• Follow up sales in station and commit with achieving sales targets
• Reduce electrical / water consumption for the station
• Payment of expenses using petty cash in accordance with the company’s procedures and hierarchy of approvals
• Attract sales prospects within the station’s area
• Receive amounts payable to the company (cash from sales)
• Other tasks as requested
• Make sure that the Energy Efficiency commitment of the Group is being implemented and that related policies and procedures are being followed by Total staff and contractors/ suppliers
