- Manage Kaizen Institute Egypt Branch
- Reporting to Kaizen Middle East and North Africa President, Responsible for the full cycle consulting services starting from Pre-sales meetings, RFQ, proposal development, submission, client engagement negotiations, and closing & project delivery.
- Conducted personally lots of Kaizen interactive workshops and Training Programs
- hands on with Kaizen Portugal consultants to train 40 Sudanese Managers.
- Worked with European team in retails in Egypt and Saudi Arabia
- Train more than 1000 employees on: Kaizen Principles: Value/ MUDA Elimination/ Structured Problem Solving Techniques/ DK/ LK to 4000 employees 33 sections in 2 different stores(A3 - 3C - Pareto Diagram - Fish Bone - Solution “Cost and Impact Matrix” - Action Plan)
- Conducting 5S/ Visual Management/ KAMISHIBAI/ Minimum Quantity/ ABC/ sign boards/ color coding/ maximum height of goods/ standardized location of pallets (floor, racks)/ Path for the forklift (in and out) and setting numbers on the floor in the Warehouse.
- Measuring the benefits for Purchasing/ Ready Meal/ Bakery/ Steward/ Maintenance/ Sales/ MIZU
o Help leaders design their X Matrix and cascading down their objectives business developments and new companies in collaboration of Kaizen Global and Kaizen Al-Arabia.
- Map Current State for each unit and Establish Future State Vision for improving the unit in the medium term (3 to 5 year Vision) and display through Hoshin Kanri model
- Develop and implement Manual of procedures and policies for each sector in governmental organizations.
- Spread the culture of strategic planning, operational excellence & CI
- Presenting & Conducting Kaizen projects by using the following skills in factories:
Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Control Circle (QCC), Kaizen, Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Just in Time (JIT), Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Production System (TPS), Production Management and Industrial Engineering (5S and Time & Motion).
- Assistant to 10 Japanese experts specialized in (QC, QA, IE, PM and TPS).
- Developing different industrial zones in order to spread the Kaizen Technology there.
- Responsible for QCC Conduction that aims to upgrade the level of operators and help them to solve companies’ problems.
- Responsible for Conducting Training Courses in Sadat Industrial Zone, 10th of Ramadan, 6th of October, Alexandria, Elobour, Egyptian Russian University, German University in Cairo and Ministry of Industry
- Visiting universities for cooperation purposes to link the factories technical needs with the universities Seeds "Egypt-Japan University of science and technology, Assuit University, Helwan University, German University in Cairo, Egyptian Russian University and Obour Institute".
- Responsible for making agreements with industrial chambers to promote centre activities,
- Promoting Japanese Quality and Productivity techniques in national conferences.
- Communicating with CIDA, GIZ to consult with Small & Medium Enterprises in Behira, Bani Suif and Gharbia Governorate.
- Provide customers with all the required information related to the company services and procedures
- Resolve the incidents that occur in the services of the customers to their satisfaction
- Doing a weekly statistical report on the product to be reviewed by the superiors
