- RCA 'root cost analysis’: Finding repetitive issues and finding root cause to stop issue occurrence permanently.
- Service Enhancements 'problem tickets’: Raising problem tickets with Development / Vendor for issues causing customer satisfaction and revenue impact and fixing them permanently.
- Complaints Resolution: Handling all complaints and providing resolution within the SLA and Identifying frequent issue type incidents and providing root fix.

- Documentation maintenance: Creating and updating all operational documents that are needed for recon purpose or for incident resolution.
