•Additional tasks for the solar energy system with the education sector in the targeted 4 schools
•Organize and facilitate all administrative procedures.
•Planning and preparing for the technical operations to keep the system.
•Follow-up of all the business activities of the solar system through field visits.
•Evaluation and reporting weekly to the procedural steps of the system.
•Internal and external coordination between the implementing agency (technical equipment center) and the donor (the project improve the livelihood of the community) and targeted sites represented administrations of schools and boards of parents.
•A communication between the center of technical equipment, engineers and contractors during the operational phases and the operation of the system.
•Coordinate with Education offices and TEGRA coordinators on:
•Data collection and updating it.
•Assist in the local based training centers
•Participate in supervising the training process
• Support the local media awareness of TEGRA.
•Support the trainers and supervisors.
• Stationary delivery process.
•The following are additional tasks that were assigned to me since the beginning of October:
• Arrange and file documents.
•Print lists according to the forms of the project.
•Assist in filling and updating field data.
• Participate in the monitoring and supervision visits to oversee training and implementation

•Organize and facilitate all the administrative procedures for the training and field application for the maintenance of school furniture
