preparing and forwarding invoices, updating databases, filing, and organizing documents for accounts.
Manage vendor access to Builder software and facilitates specific training for the Trade base.

getting and comparing prices from several suppliers.
Product Development.
Supervise planning and Tracking of procurement activity, cost budgets, emerging country and saving forecasts and make measurement.
Reduce the gap between the PSR / PO / RIR process.
Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved quotation.
Review quotation and report any discrepancy.
Maintain procurement files up to date.
work with all types of PO’s.
Do all type of forging purchases and local.
Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
Maintain supplier/vendor price lists.
Maintain suppliers records up to date.
Maintain purchasing data base up to date.
Track inventory and restock goods when needed.
Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders.
Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements.
Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods.
