* Preparing the proposed strategic plan for the branch and contributing to its
development, preparing and following up the implementation of the operational
plans to ensure their balance with the department's objectives.
* Establish principles and controls to manage and direct operations and improve
productivity.
* Strengthening relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the
provision of services according to the best standards.
* Establish programs for the Networks Branch to enhance continuous learning,
develop, train and motivate work teams to ensure the provision of services of the

achievement percentages for the branch and submitting them to the director of
the department.
* Participate in preparing the department's budget in coordination with the
competent units in the entity.
* Provide the necessary support to the director of the department and carry out any
other tasks assigned to him.
* Communicate with service providers (Etisalat and Du company) to check the active
MPLS accounts under the ICP like (Land Lines, Leased Lines, GSM and Internet &
Other Services) and verify the financial dues
* Handle a lot of projects from the beginning to end of the project and prepare the
reports every quarter for the manager
* Setting standards for networks in accordance with international best practices in
the field of information technology, and their conformity with the specifications
of the devices incubating them in purchase orders and contracts.
* Providing technical support services for the internal network and the external
network
* Ensure that the network works and connects it with network users inside and
outside the organization to provide an opportunity for users to benefit from work
systems, subscriptions, e-mail and the Internet.

* Supervising the installation, updating and maintenance of network devices in
accordance with the standards of the authority
* Communicate with the concerned companies to maintain network monitoring
systems and ensure their effectiveness in the authority
* Implementing network security policies in accordance with the standards and
policies approved by the competent government agencies.
* Providing infrastructure for the entity, activating wired and wireless
communication networks, and ensuring that they operate according to best
practices

systems, network requirements, and systems.
* Ensuring the technical and operational efficiency and readiness of the networks'
databases, systems and devices, in coordination with the organizational units.
* Technical organization of the network, information and other operational systems
and their uses in accordance with the powers specified in coordination with the
concerned parties.

* Designing, checking and updating the work of the main network, the internal
network and all network equipment based on the standards of the environment
* Providing technical support in the application of networking programs between all
subsystems with different agencies
* Carry out maintenance and periodic, continuous and preventive follow-up of
devices and auxiliary operating systems to ensure their readiness and follow-up
their performance, and to amend and update them to ensure the required
efficiency
* Executing any other tasks assigned to me by the direct manager.
