• My current job since October 2009

Lead an Operation Shift which includes four engineers and Thirty-Two technicians. In this
post I was responsible for:
- Lead Operation of power generation units (Gas & Steam turbines) as per Sudanese Load Dispatch
Center (LDC) request and meet all the obligations involved and authorized for 11 /220 KV
Switching and water treatment plant which capacity 11000 ton.
- Permit system: Involves isolation & normalization of system for enabling the maintenance to
Carry out their work - results in safety to men & machinery.
- Organizing the use of man power in better utilization, to ensure effective implementation of
safety & discipline, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Standard Operation Procedure
(SOP).
- Prepare incident/trip reports and provide recommendations if necessary.
- Prepare Daily operation Reports, review all defects issued by operation engineers in daily
Morning meeting to identify the degree of urgency.
