1-preparing documentation for reports, travel permits, visas to be submitted to relevant authorities.
2-Coordinating with the PAH (Public Housing Authority)departments to get relevant information needed for approvals of sub agreements, principal agreements, quarterly achievement reports and other documents required by the authorities.
3- Preparing documentation for submission of sub agreements and follow up the process at the relevant authorities from submission to issuing.
4-Coordinating with the PAH departments on comments and information needed to get the approvals from the authorities.
5-Supporting the preparation of the annual report to be submitted to the authorities.
6-Preparing the documents for extension of the principal agreement in collaboration with Head of Mission.
7-Supporting in translation of official documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
8-Ensuring proper hard and soft copy documentation of all processes and documents.
9-Following up the status of various permits and approvals at the relevant authorities.
10-Ensuring timely project reports are submitted and attend relevant meetings to introduce PAH way of work.
11-Other tasks, as assigned by supervisor.
As the business correspondent my tasks in this position as the following:
1- send the emails to specific persons &organizations.
2-Following up the message and update the oldest emails.
3-Identification of potential customers.
4-Answering the calls and contact with some organization & persons.
5-Following the responses from other side and answer them.
