Technical Responsibility.
•Able to understand the operation efficiency target of every machine and the Factory Driving System program requirements as a tracking tool.
•Fully aware at all times of the overall situation within the dairy operations & to trace minute to minute all production aspects running on the SHOPFLOOR to prevent any chance of losing any production possibility due to any reason.
•Effectively communicate with maintenance personnel in order to secure and completely conduct all services and preventive maintenance required either “DAILY OR WEEKLY” to prevent or reduce the potential of various mechanical or electrical breakdowns.
•Assure to achieve high “PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY” by eliminating any factor which might result in a sudden stoppage for the production during the production cycle, cleared in the CUTE definition such as availability of the required packaging material quantity, availability of staff, stop for lab sample check, etc.
•To continually judge the standards of safety, housekeeping, GMP’s, GHP’s within the dairy operations and arrange for all necessary work to be completed and to work hard to create and change the culture of professionalism within the staff by continuous and daily repeated focus.
•Pay a great care to achieve a healthy environment of cooperation between operation and maintenance by utilizing the operation staff to perform all daily and weekly checks required for the production lines.
